Liability form for each rider must be signed and brought the day of the event or can be sent to Darcy Johnson MFH.
Trainers cannot sign for minors. Parent or guardian must sign. Start times will be assigned on Saturday before the pace. Changing divisions not permitted. Entries due Thursday before the Pace.
The Liability Release can be downloaded below or can be completed and included with your pay on-line.
